The Secret Anti-Global-Warming Machine

Hey! All you progressive Democrats out there? Whatever you’ve been doing to prevent global warming? Cut it out! Now! Hear me? It’s spring for cripe sakes. It’s supposed to be warming up - even around here in the Maine mountains - and it’s not. There’s more than two feet of snow on the ground out there and more coming! And it doesn’t melt right away like it’s supposed to this time of year either. All the skiers and snowmobilers are ready too, but it just keeps building up. People are getting tired of this, and I’m blaming you.

I’ve been looking back at the last five years since you took over down and I’m starting to catch on. You started off raising and spending all that “stimulus” money - a trillion dollars almost - and I can’t see any economic stimulus going on at all! Where is it? Joe Biden kept telling us four years ago us that “Recovery Summer” was on its way. Well it never came! We’re all still waiting out here. Now we’re thinking summer itself isn’t coming this year either, much any less economic recovery! Spring hasn’t shown up and we’re thinking summer won’t either.
You said there were thousands of shovel ready jobs out there, and you were going to use that trillion dollars to build infrastructure like they did back in the Great Depression. Well where is it? You guys said Herbert Hoover was an idiot and you blamed him for the Great Depression, but at least he built the Hoover Dam! It’s still there - still generating electricity - and it only took five years to finish. It’s been that long since you raised and spent that trillion dollars, so what have you got to show for it? Nothing! Where did all the money go? We could have built lots of Hoover Dams.
And how about the Golden Gate Bridge? That was built with stimulus money during the Great Depression and it’s still there too. It cost $35 million, and that would be over $500 million in today’s money. We could have built over fifteen hundred Golden Gate Bridges with the money you guys spent on this “stimulus,” but we don’t see any bridges. We don’t see anything!
You promised lots of green jobs too. Where are they? You spent billions on solar energy development, and windmill development, and battery development. How many of the companies you invested in are bankrupt? How come the cost of electricity keeps going up? Where did all that money go?
Like I said, I’ve been thinking about all this and my theory is that you didn’t spend the money on economic stimulus at all. You didn’t spend it on renewable energy either because those companies are gone - poof! It’s looking to me like all that was a big smokescreen. I’m thinking you spent it all on some secret project to prevent global warming that you’re not telling us about, and it’s all gotten out of control! That’s why it’s so friggin’ cold!
Anti-Global-Warming Machine prototype?

You really wanted to do it with your “Cap and Trade” bill, but it couldn’t pass the Senate. You wanted to take over the energy industry like you took over the health care industry with Obamacare. So, what did you do instead? You took the trillion dollars for stimulus and you spent it all on a secret Anti-Global-Warming Machine and it’s bringing on another ice age! I’ll bet it’s got a giant super-computer that has outsmarted its programmers. You had all your best computer geeks working on that instead of the Obamacare web site - and that’s why it’s so screwed up. You put all the geek wannabes to work on Obamacare and they were all morons!
Then you used the National Security Agency to spy on all our phone calls, all our emails, all our internet searches - so you could keep it all secret! The NSA didn’t see the Benghazi  Attack coming, did it? That took you all by surprise, and you made up a story about some stupid internet video nobody ever saw, and you kept that story up for weeks! And the NSA obviously wasn’t keeping an eye on Syria, was it! Obama said Assad was going to fall “any day now” and he’s still in there! Hillary Clinton said she “reset” our relations with Russia, but you didn’t see the Crimea invasion coming, did you? No! Because the NSA was so busy keeping the Giant Anti-Global Warming Machine secret, they didn’t have time to spy on our enemies like they’re supposed to. They’re spying on us instead.
And last week you said you were pulling an all-nighter to discuss global warming. Hah! This time I believe you! You were trying to figure out how to get a handle on that machine, because if you don’t, it’s going to be like this right through ’til next winter!

It all fits when you think about it.

Hi Tom,
I stumbled across your blog because I was looking for information on a trip I'd like to take to Nogales, AZ. I was born, raised and recently returned to my hometown of International Falls, Minnesota (another border town) where the bridge/border crossing is two blocks away. I've always been curious as to what it's like at the SW borders. Your article today was interesting as well. Here in International Falls it seems like it's always winter, or you spend so much time shoveling and clearing your driveway or roof just to have six more inches drop again the next night. I've broken two shovels so far this year from the heavy snow. Hopefully my back survives before spring gets here...I do wonder how many people have gained massive amounts of weight from being inside all winter (the schools here have closed a total of 8 days this winter which never happens - they have to now decide whether to make up those days until the last week of June, or get creative quickly and add more time to satisfy the state minimum of classroom hours.
Anyways, I see you went to AZ in 2010, so I know it must be different now. I'm much like yourself in that I love taking photos, I like going someplace and exploring it for myself rather than have someone tell me up and down to not go and just forget about it (I went to Detroit because I really wanted to see for myself what it looked like and what the tone was like there - which was awful - but I'm glad I went...I'd also like to see NYC).

I have an aunt who recently retired and lives in Corea, Maine. She absolutely loves the peace and quiet. I might head out there someday to check it out. Back to Arizona though, I might go next year sometime, but it looks like a long trip from either Phoenix or Tucson. Did you do that trip in one day or did you spend the night in Nogales?

Look forward to reading more on your blog!

Jonathan

I saw an good deal on a flight to Tucson and booked it. Rented a motel room there, rented a car, and took day trips to the border as well as some site seeing in the mountains and desert - which I'd never seen before. I went alone because my wife can't be in a car very long. Took five days off when school got out one June. Boots on the ground is the best way to get to know a place. Got lots of nice pics too.

As for the global warming hysteria, well, I have to address Anonymous now.

Anonymouse:
Several people have sent me that link. It doesn't bother me and it won't shut me up. I should warn Euroweenies out there who might think about taking a swing at me: I'm a Christian, but I never subscribed to the "turn the other cheek" stuff. My policy is and always has been to hit back harder and more often when anyone hits me.

I've always found that most effective in preventing any any reoccurrence. Besides, the enviroweenies I've known are never very tough, so yeah, I'll continue with the sarcasm. I mean, what would you say if Chicken Little kept coming up to you and saying the planet has a fever? That's annoying enough, but when they want to spend my money to "fix" it? I just can't help myself.

An assessment that works (95% correlation since before 1900) is at http://agwunveiled.blogspot.com/ . It demonstrates that CO2 change has had no significant effect on average global temperature.

Paraphrasing Richard Feynman: Regardless of how many experts believe it or how many organizations concur, if it doesn’t agree with observation, it’s wrong.

The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), some politicians and many others mislead the gullible public by stubbornly continuing to proclaim that increased atmospheric carbon dioxide is a primary cause of global warming.

Measurements demonstrate that they are wrong.

CO2 increase from 1800 to 2001 was 89.5 ppmv (parts per million by volume). The atmospheric carbon dioxide level has now (through December, 2013) increased since 2001 by 27.18 ppmv (an amount equal to 30.37% of the increase that took place from 1800 to 2001) (1800, 281.6 ppmv; 2001, 371.13 ppmv; December, 2013, 398.31 ppmv).

The average global temperature trend since 2001 is flat (5 reporting agencies http://endofgw.blogspot.com/). Graphs through 2013 have been added..

That is the observation. No amount of spin can rationalize that the temperature increase to 2001 was caused by a CO2 increase of 89.5 ppmv but that 27.18 ppmv additional CO2 increase had no effect on the average global temperature trend after 2001.

It's very easy to pick and choose our own science to fit our views. I think what this page makes clear is that we can't jump to conclusions based on a short time period quite yet. Remember, global warming is seemingly very small increases, which could be offset by the earth's normal climate cycles. However, these small changes have very large, negative consequences.

"Regardless of how many experts believe it or how many organizations concur, if it doesn’t agree with observation, it’s wrong." "a succinct distillation of the verifiable evidence."

A bit unrelated, but you can either turn in your Catholic card or sign up for a free membership to the hypocrisy club right over there.

Tom McLaughlin said...

Anonymouse writes: "we can't jump to conclusions based on a short time period quite yet."

Let me point out that science has been keeping daily weather readings only since around 1880 or so. That is a very short time period upon which to base all the dire predictions of the Chicken Little "oceans are rising" hysterics. The "consensus" your side trumpets is anything but.

My avocation is to study Paleo-Americans in this northern New England region that received another foot of snow last night on top of the two feet we already had. I've read lots of data analysis of where I live going back 13,000 years. It takes in geology, plant growth changes, glacial out-washes, ocean levels, animal species coming and going, and many other data from numerous digs. Global warming and cooling has been profound.

I also study earlier, European human migrations going back 500,000 years or more with the same kind of data analyses. There was profound climate change throughout and no evidence that Neanderthals caused it.

I'm also quite familiar with Icelandic sagas of Norse explorations a thousand years ago describing our northeastern coastline in detail. Much of that climate data has been conveniently ignored by the global warming cassandras too.

I smelled a rat in all this hysteria decades ago. Now I'm only shocked at how incredibly gullible you people are, and I'll continue to say it even from jail if they give me pen and paper.

Yeah, I can probably take ONE more snow storm before I'm out of places to put the snow.
Most of the snow banks are too tall to use my tractor mounted snow thrower, but that's kinda moot as my tractor is frozen in place with ice outside.
My bobcat can sorta' push back the now rock solid banks, but has trouble getting traction on the 2-3 inch slab of ice on the ground under the drive.
AMAZINGLY, my paper delivery person was there at the usual time(the roads aren't so hot around 1:00A), obviously hesitant about driving in, even her 4WD.(smart, even though I'd plowed out where she usually goes, I was still "swimming" in the FIRST 6 inches of fresh heavy goo where she saw me.) But she has a wicked good arm, and from the road, hucked it the 25 feet into the Bobcat door when I opened it.
Pissa'.

As much as I'll whine about tending to all this consistent AGW "fallout" removal, I'm STILL glad I ended up back living 'round here.
Well... maybe 'cep when town meetin' doesn't go exactly "my" way.

The fact that Tom believes there is any chance of getting thrown in jail for his writings just goes to show how out of touch with reality he is. We are not dealing with a rational thinker.

To side with Big Oil and other major polluters (Hmmm, they couldn't possibly have any stake in spending millions to try and mislead the public, could they?) over 98% of scientists is simply
moronic.

The flatlanders title really does fit. Or they are also comparable to the "tobacco is harmless" people. That eventually died out after overwhelming evidence, as will this climate change nonsense.

Imagine if 100 years after dying you could take a look at how the world is doing. Now imagine that you were wrong about climate change, and what you see is your great grandchildren, sick and struggling with the planet that scientists have described if our polluting ways continue. Imagine knowing that you contributed to this because you were so stubborn and hate-filled at liberals that you disregarded science. How can you not even admit to the possibility that they could be right? THere is not even a CHANCE that the vast majority of scientists are correct? Really? And if this chance exists (and admit it, scientists have been pretty good at figuring things out over the years), then for the sake of your children, grandchildren, etc, why not play it safe? Because it would take a little money out of your pocket? Sorry kids, great grandad helped f&%* up the planet on a hunch. He thought he was smarter than the scientists. Yeah, he could have spent a little more for alternative energies, but no, he didn't think you were worth it.

How very sad.

I'm thinking Tom maybe not so dumb and ignorant after all. Nobody could be as dumb as he seems. Does he really believe the economic stimulus did not work?!? Of course not. No Tom is not dumb. Just an incredibly dishonest scumbag.

"The good news is: The people who still propagandize against the Stimulus are only doing so because their paycheck or their sanity depends upon it.

The fact is: The Stimulus has had the singularly most impressive positive effect on the American economy of government intervention since World War II. Simply: It worked.

The ONLY argument against the Stimulus is an argument for it. It was too small. Krugman said so in 2009. Seriously, the one argument the anyone has against the Stimulus was: Bush’s economy in late 2008 was much worse than we wanted to admit."

Read more, and just try and make a rational argument against the facts within:

"...officials said that there were 1,000 transportation projects underway by the summer of 2009, more than 4,500 by September 2009 and 8,000 by February 2010. Currently, officials said there are about 14,000 transportation projects being build with money from the stimulus legislation, called the Recovery Act. White House officials said the president still strongly believed in the value of the more than 30,000 road, bridge and sewer projects that are now underway across the country and putting people to work."

Yes, construction got bogged down in bureaucratic red tape at the local level......let's flog Obama for not realizing the depths of the red tape and the resistance from conservatives.

But never-the-less - the overall results are undeniable - the stimulus was great for the economy.

More facts for Tom to ignore:
(what else can you do since he is unable to refute them?)

http://www.futuretimeline.net/blog/2014/01/25.htm

"There are, of course, a small number of individual climate scientists who claim to be sceptical. In almost every case, however, they either have ties to fossil fuel interests, or their work has never been peer-reviewed and published in a respected journal. It is worth noting that individuals like Christopher Monckton are not climate scientists and are totally unqualified in the field. A recent documentary, The Great Global Warming Swindle has been savaged by climatologists for its cherry picking, inaccuracies and misleading claims. Many arguments continue to be made by sceptics (such as the 1970s cooling myth), but literally none stand up to scrutiny. The science behind climate change is robust and has withstood almost everything thrown at it – including the recent "Climategate", with multiple independent inquiries finding no evidence of fraud or scientific misconduct.

Given all of the above, the risks of inaction – and the obvious benefits of clean technology – how can people be so eager to embrace fossil fuels, so confident in their scepticism, and willing to take such a gamble on their children's future? Even the conservative U.S. military now takes the issue seriously and is preparing for the impacts. If climate scientists are in it for the money, they're doing it wrong.

Global warming is the biggest story of our time, a result of our explosive growth in population and technology. It will define the 21st century and possibly many centuries to come. Ignoring the evidence and casually dismissing what decades of peer-reviewed science have told us would be a mistake of truly monumental proportions."

I know what the facts are, Anonymice.

Those huge white piles outside my windows are facts.

If any more snow slides off my roof, it's going to smash through and come right into my house. That's a fact.

It's been below zero on my thermometer the last two mornings and it's officially spring. That's a fact.

Captain MOOD said...

You really only prove your ignorance by those comments, Tom. Local climate does not equal global climate. Do you watch Archer? Here's a quote: "READ A BOOK."

David said...

Tom's last comments are evidence of mind-blowingly shallow thinking! He has GOT to be putting on an act with this display ignorance.

Tom should alert some scientist about this cold white stuff around his house! They must have been unaware of this phenomenon when they reached their near unanimous conclusions.

Using a bad winter to try and discredit global warming is kind of like using one man's early death to disprove the fact that, on average, life expectancies are increasing. Too many people are limited to their own experiences - if they get mugged there is no convincing them that the overall crime rate is down. Snow on your roof….? Truly the mindset of a flatlander.

Does Tom even realize that when it is winter in the northern hemisphere that it is summer in the southern hemisphere? I guess Faux News is not making munch mention of the record breaking heat that Australia is experiencing. Could this counterbalance are weather making the global temperature hotter overall? Think, Tom. I guess Limbough does't like to talk about the difference of weather vs climate with his ditto heads. Hannity is not best served by telling his slack-jawed sponges that there will continue to be hot and cold extremes, but when the weather is averaged over time, a clear warming trend emerges. And that the past decade has been found to be the hottest since scientists started recording data in the 1880s.

But, If it's so darn cold and snow-y, then how could the Earth possibly be warming?

Part of the confusion comes down to the understanding of weather and climate. People question the scientific reality of global warming because they don't know the difference.

Weather is what we see day-to-day. It explains changes in the atmosphere over short periods of time and is highly unpredictable. A sudden thunderstorm or blizzard is what we might refer to as weather.

Climate, on the hand, describes the behavior of the atmosphere over long periods of time.

It is such a shame that people are so uncomfortable to challenge their way of thinking. Read what the other side has to say, really examine their evidence.

Expand your mind, Tom.

Let's see now. CO2 causes global warming say the cassandras. CO2 has been building for the past dozen years, but global temps have flatlined.

Green weenies booked a ship to observe the melting Antarctic ice cap from the vantage point of an early explorer, but got stuck in the ice before the got there. A rescue icebreaker also got stuck in the ice. Mainstream media wouldn't report the reason for the expedition because it would expose the green weenies for the fools they are.

Al Gore predicted there would be no Arctic ice cap now, but guess what? It's still there and doing fine. Polar bears populations are expanding.

None of the green weenie computer model predictions have been borne out by actual data, but that doesn't phase them, because they're true believers.

It all calls ro mind the end-of-the-worlders who kept predicting the world would end on this date, then that date, then that date, then that date . . .

And thanks for the compliment on our brains. Do you think the general population really got that much smarter in the 70's about the science involved in the dangers of tobacco, or did they just use their common sense and listen to the experts instead of the corporations with something to lose? Do you think people started to finally believe the world was round because they were as knowledgable as the great thinkers of the time, or did they just use common sense and trust the experts of the day?

One, unlike those who lock themselves in like-minded bubbles, free independent thinkers like to see what all sides have to say about the issues. Sometimes valid points can be made by the opposition. Granted, not so much on your site. Here we generally get sophmoric repetition of what the mainstream conservative news is spouting. So I think many visit here either for the entertainment value of your shallowness "Look Mommy -SNOW!!! We must be having another ice age!!", or just to poke fun at you because you are such an easy target.

Holy crap, that line about not seeing dead gorillas lying around must prove that they are not going extinct cracked me up. It perfectly sums up Tom's arguement!

Flatlanders will NEVER admit they are wrong, not if they were sitting in the North Pole on a 95 degree day.

Why?

They have dug themselves in too deep. They have made themselves look way too rediculous to admit the truth now. They would have to confront the possibility that MOST of what they have been fed by corporate news is misleading.

They are way too fragile to handle such a mind altering reality.

I just looked up some of the strategies that Big Tobacco used in their dishonest lies and denials. They look rather familiar.

http://archive.tobacco.org/resources/history/strategieslb.html

1) DISPUTE THE FINDINGS. Drag up some "authorities" with ties to the industry to confuse and deny the facts and pretend that there is an actual debate among real experts as to the conclusion.

2) EFFECTS ON THE ECONOMY. Becasue we all know that having money is more important than good health.

3) PRETEND THOSE WORRIED HAVE A PHOBIA. Cigarette companies actually used the word "cancerphobia", suggesting that a few people are simply causing a hysteria. Like Tom with his "chicken little" comments.

4) INDIVIDUAL FREEDOMS. Hey, we are free people. If we want to screw things up for other people with our second hand smoke or CO2, then we are free to do so. We also have free speech and have the right to lie and mislead all we want.

Week after week Tom gets his butt whipped to a pulp. Please, make it a little harder on us. Give us an arguement on a topic that is not so easy to trounce. Tell us man never went to the moon, that begfoot is alive and well in Manhatten, that Obama is having a secret affair with Hillary, anything harder to disprove that what you have been giving us lately. Challenge us.

The Snow on My Roof mentality is the same mentality that thinks the Unabomber billboard is somehow clever. Even the Heritage people knew to yank that stupid thing down before 24 hours. I heard that an anti-animal group was going to put up a similar billboard:

Hitler loved puppies - Do you?

Oh, poor Tom's twisted little non-logical brain must be short circuiting. But I think his being dumb is a choice. People aren't born dumb.

Geeze Tom,
Captain Mood and dvid may have a point.

Sadly, no obscure amalgamation AGW
wbesites I've never heard of, but you only have to "invest" about 1.5 minutes watching a video, 2 min. total if one reads the impeccable "theory free" science credentials for some of the finest hardware, and data, that US tax dollars can buy.
Granted, an inevitable argument is likely that it COULD have been "faked".

Oh my God! We're all going to die! Save me! Please, please, please, President Obama! Save us! You're the one we've been waiting for! You alone can keep the oceans from rising! I'm sorry I ever doubted you and your brilliant progressive friends! I promise never to eat meat again! Thank you for controlling all those cow farts!

Tom's mocking in the 70's:

Oh my God! If we keep smoking we are going to get cancer! Save me, please Surgeon General Koop. Save us! You're the one we have been waiting on! You alone can keep the tar from our lungs! I'm sorry I doubted the brilliant scientific minds and instead listened to corporate BS.

Oh, and let's not forget these scientists he mocked:

Oh, please, mr. smarty pants scienctist, please save me from DDT. Oh, you are my savior!

Tom's thought process:

Hmmmm, I have been challenged to refute some facts. Damn, there is NO evidence to support me....Ah, got it!!!!

"Oh my God! We're all going to die! Save me! Please, please, please..."

what a loser!!!! LOL

Like the polls said, people know it's the next generations to suffer the worst of man-made climate change. Some listen to scientists and think "Oh, god, we need to start changing our ways for the sake of our children and grand-children." Others think, "Ah, Fox and Big Oil tell me it ain't true, so I'll side with them and pretend there is no chance of scientists being right, and say to hell with being careful with my grandkids future. I got a few bucks on the line that is way more important."

Classy dude, Tom. I'm sure future mclaughlins will look back at your columns and puke in your memory.

The Grandchildren’s Day at Grampa Tom’s

Hello kids, great to see you! Make yourselves at home. Little Susie, would you like anything….a cigarette? What, no, don’t be silly, that cancer thing is just a big scare tactic. Have some veggies. Yes, don’t they look nice….thanks to the wonders of DDT. No, that was just scientists that said that, nothing to worry about. C’mon out and sit in the sun. Sunblock? Who needs that? Here kids, this will be fun. I kept a lot of old aerosol cans to spray at each other. The mist will rise up and help the trees. What’s that Timmy? You learned that the world was round in school? That’s just stupid. Think about it! People would be falling off the other side. Listen careful children. Do NOT trust science!! We should always listen to what Big Business tells us. No, No, bankers and Wall Street did not trash our economy, they are our gods. It was something liberals did and when Faux News tells me what it was, I’ll tell you. Now go play in the old fridge, Grampa needs to research some gay photos for his next column.

I'll bet my grandchildren's lives that I am smarter than almost every scientist in the world!!!

If I'm wrong? Eh, it's just my grandkids. They are not worth risking the few extra dollars I'd gain by not having to use alternative energies. What? In the long run alternative energies will only not be much cleaner, but even cost less? Not my money...not my concern. Who cares if future people have it better off. I'm worried about ME, and only ME.

Now let me go pray at the alter of the allmighty dollar!!!!

Does anyone really think that fossil fuels are infinite? Of course not. There is a certain amount on this earth, and when they're gone they're gone.

So it really does all come down to balancing our comfort with the comfort of generations to come. Because if we just continue to use up all our fossil fuels without planning for the future, then a day will come in which we are stuck with nothing. No more fossil fuels and no developed alternatives.

So what, even for those prone to conspiracy theories and denying climate change, is the downside of trying to develop alternative energies? Don't forget, at one time it was the oil industry that was the new kid on the block getting big help from the government. And I'm sure there were folks back then complaining about the need to spend money trying to develop this new "unneeded" energy.

There have been a lot of sacrifices made in the past by countless American citizens that have enabled those alive today to live as we do. Thank god they were not just concerned with their individual comforts and financial statements, but thought about what would be best in the long run for our great nation and future generations to come.

Ultimately, who am I to really fully understand what is going on with this warming we are undoubtedly experiencing? Science seems pretty certain that CO2 is wreaking havoc. I certainly don't have their expertise. Science has done wonders for humanity and our way of life up until this point. I, for one, am going to trust them on this one too. I don't have grand children yet, but they are already in my heart and soul. I will try and do them right.

..."The IPCC has just released its latest “Apocalypse Now” report(1), threatening all humankind with imminent self-destruction if industrial output of CO2 is not immediately and drastically curbed. The UN global government report concludes that global warming is “severe, pervasive and irreversible,” a position which seems to be little more than a foregone death sentence for the human race, even if drastic changes are made right now.

Image: UN Building (Wiki Commons).
As head of a research laboratory myself — I was the first scientist to discover industrial tungsten contamination in superfoods – I share the overall concern about humankind’s impact on the global ecosystem. Yet an intelligent look at the IPCC’s report reveals it to be based on selective, cherry-picked science, the wild exaggeration of Earth’s historical cycles, a bizarre ignorance of plant physiology and how CO2 helps restore deserts to farmlands, and the willful ignoring of far greater threats to humankind such as GMO pollution, heavy metals contamination and the resource extraction model driving our entire global economy.
The IPCC’s doom-and-gloom report, in other words, looks like theater, not science. As part of that theater, the National Science Foundation actually awarded $700,000 for the production of what’s being called “Climate Change: The Musical!” (2)
And it’s theater being put on for a specific purpose: to frighten the world’s populations and national leaders into surrendering to global dictatorial control over national economies. If nations can be swept into a system where all forms of economic activity are tightly controlled by global dictators — including transportation, industry, agriculture and even cow ranching — then all power has been usurped by the globalists.
Remember: the IPCC is not saying, “we should all act locally to reduce CO2 emissions” as responsible citizens and communities. No, the IPCC is functioning as a propaganda branch of the UN, which is saying something far more sinister: “Put us in control of your national economies, where we decide how much CO2 you are ALLOWED to emit” (and pay us taxes, to boot!).
That’s a very different proposition, and it smacks of a dictatorial power grab using junk science as a weapon of extreme fear to bring the population in line.
The UN goal is to enslave humanity under a system of dictatorial control
The goal of the global warming alarmists is not to save humanity but to enslave it. And accomplishing this task requires some truly mind-bending warped science interwoven with social engineering fear tactics. In effect, the IPCC function a lot like a terrorist organization because it spreads fear and terror in order to achieve its political goals. (Look it up, that’s the definition of a terrorist.)...CONTINUED...

What baffles me is how this bs is used to continually divide and conquer via the two party system. All on display right here in this blogs comments..Obama is no liberal democrat. He is a murdering thug. A neo con in sheeps clothing. And "voting" isn't going to do anything! How can it when both parties are big bank military industrial puppets? If you haven't noticed this country is floundering, militarized police, false flag events, health care fiasco ( very deliberate too) GMO food poisoning us all, and distracting bs such as the Malaysian plane fiasco ( does anyone really buy this narrative, please..)....time to come together to fight corporate tyranny rather then be played by them...no?

Rodolfo Ragonesi, CEO of the Gaia Foundation, is clearly a man of truly exceptional courage and focus. While nearly all of the environmental and science communities have remained criminally silent about the blatant and highly toxic climate engineering constantly occurring in skies around the globe, Ragonesi has taken a stand and is demanding answers. Rodolfo’s efforts to expose the truth in Malta are outlined in the link below.

http://www.geoengineeringwatch.org/gaia-foundation-calls-for-more-transparency-on-cloud-formations/

Are the dominos of silence and stonewalling regarding geoengineering beginning to fall? Yes, but time is not on our side. Every day the global spraying continues, the planet’s life support systems are forced toward the tipping point of total breakdown. Its up to all of us to stand and join this most critical battle to bring the climate engineering to light and to a halt. We all have a responsibility to stand with men like Rodofo who are playing such a critical role in the fight for the common good.

It appears that Mr. Roganesi’s efforts have now helped to trigger demands for disclosure now being made by Italian Senator Domenico Scilipoti as shown in the translated article below.
