Even with their endowment from the past...Thank you. Even with their endowment from the past, the future income is probably up for grabs. On the outgo side, they are paying some hefty salaries and benfits, too. The students and the parents should do them in, though it will take decades. Business boards of directors started doing their jobs not too long ago. Now let's see how the directors/trustees do for Columbia and other such schools. Decisions made at GM in the 1970's are finally coming home to roost. Unless Columbia and other such staffs and faculty get back to the main mission of educating our kids, let them lead themselves down the drains of history.
